Julian is a very good looking boy, sired by Jake, out of Jessica (her last litter). I didn't need another boy, but Julian was too nice to place in a pet home!
Julian went out as a puppy, and managed to collect a couple of reserve winners. Unfortunately he is not fond of showing, but can turn it on when he wants to! We hit a little circuit in July/August with Bracebridge and Barrie shows, and Julian went winners twice to stand on 5 points towards his championship. Then we went to Nipissing show over the Thanksgiving weekend with Lucinda, and out of 6 shows, he was reserve winners three times (always the bridemaid!) and winners twice to collect another 3 points towards his championship--all before he is 18 months old. My boys tend to mature later, and I have never had a male with this many points at this age, so Julian is doing quite well. If we could just get this devil who acts up sometimes under control.....
July 2010-Julian took winners dog and best of winners for 3 points at the Bracebridge dog show, to finish his championship.
Julian has been tested for and cleared for hip dysplasia and eyes. He is vWD clear by DNA testing. His first litter was a litter of 5, his second was a litter of 8! He is tri factored and seems to passing on his lovely bone, and nice headpiece. He is available at stud to approved bitches.
